- Amount: Solar PV: Residential and Commercial $4/watt (DC)

- Maximum Incentive: Solar PV: Residential – Up to 50% of the project costs or $15,000 (whichever is lower)
- Solar PV: Commercial – Up to 50% of the project costs or $100,000 (whichever is lower)
- Solar PV: Governmental – $100,000
- Eligible System Size: Solar PV: >= 2 kW (DC)
- Equipment Requirements: All equipment must be new and carry a minimum 5-year warranty and comply with the Energy Affairs Administration regulations. The equipment must be permanently installed for a period of at least ten years. For government installations, the equipment must comply with the “Buy American” provisions.
- Installation Requirements: Must be installed by certified installers (by the Energy Affairs Administration) and comply with PREPA interconnection and net metering regulations.
- Funding Source: The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) State Energy Program (SEP)
- Program Budget: $6.5 million
